Delivery to Austria:
- Free shipping: We do not charge shipping costs for orders within Austria.
- Shipping time: Estimated shipping time is usually 2-4 business days after your order has been processed.
Shipping to: Germany:
- Shipping costs: For orders with a shopping cart value of less than 59 euros, we charge shipping costs of 7.90 euros.
- Shipping time: Estimated shipping time is usually 3-5 business days after your order has been processed.
- Free shipping: Orders with a shopping cart value of 59 euros or more receive free shipping for Germany!
General information:
- Your order will usually be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment.
- We ship our products using reliable shipping providers to ensure that your order arrives safely and promptly.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us, including a tracking number so you can track the status of your shipment.
- We currently only ship within Austria and Germany.
