Protein bomb for breakfast in under 3 minutes!
Ingredients:
- 100g oat flakes
- 30g Athletic Supplements Vegan Protein
- 5g Athletic Supplements 100% Creatine
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- Almond milk as desired
First put the oat flakes in your blender and grind them finely, add Athletic Supplements Protein & Creatine, a banana, peanut butter and the almond milk.
Shake it! A little cinnamon on top et voila! Can be refined with other fruits as desired. On hot days, mix with ice cubes for an extra cool kick.
