Protein-rich chicken and sweet potato stir-fry


  • 200 g chicken breast fillet (cut into strips)
  • 150 g sweet potato (peeled, cut into cubes)
  • 100 g broccoli (cut into florets)
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Spices of your choice (paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper)
