Protein Chocolate Banana Bread!

Banana bread is a popular snack that can be spiced up with a sprinkle of chocolate and a portion of protein. In this recipe, we use Athletic Supplements Chocolate Protein Powder to make a delicious and protein-packed Chocolate Protein Banana Bread.


  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (optional, depending on desired sweetness)
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup Athletic Supplements Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)


  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a loaf pan with baking paper.

  2. Mash bananas: In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas until they have a uniform consistency (porridge).

  3. Mix wet ingredients: Add the eggs, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Mix everything well.

  4. Mix dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, combine the oat flour, chocolate protein powder , baking powder and salt.

  5. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients: Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, stirring gently until well combined.

  6. Add chocolate chips (optional): If desired, you can fold dark chocolate chips into the batter.

  7. Pour the dough into the baking pan: Pour the dough into the prepared bread pan.

  8. Bake: Bake the banana bread in the preheated oven for about 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  9. Allow to cool: Allow the banana bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before removing it from the pan. Then let it cool completely on a wire rack.
