  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes as desired

For the crumble topping:

  • 2 tablespoons oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped almonds or nuts
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • A pinch of cinnamon

Preparation:

Vanilla protein shake:

  1. Place all ingredients for the protein shake in a blender.

  2. Mix at the highest level until a creamy consistency is achieved.
