Chocolate protein porridge!

A delicious chocolate porridge with protein prepared in seconds!


  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup water or almond milk (or a milk alternative of your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons Athletic Supplements Vegan Protein Chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Toppings of your choice: banana slices, berries, chopped nuts or chocolate chips

  • In a saucepan, heat the oats and water or almond milk over medium heat. Stir regularly until the oats are soft and the mixture is slightly thickened.

  • Add the Athletic Supplements Vegan Protein Chocolate and cocoa powder. Stir well until the protein powder and cocoa powder are completely dissolved and the porridge has a nice chocolate note.

  • Stir in the maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Adjust the sweetness to your taste.

  • Cook the porridge for another 2-3 minutes until it reaches the desired consistency. You can add more water or almond milk if you prefer a creamier porridge.

  • Pour the chocolate protein porridge into a bowl and garnish with your favorite toppings. Banana slices, berries, chopped nuts or chocolate chips go perfectly with it.
